Who do you serve?

Humankind. This also includes those who don't like exercise, those who don't think they like to exercise, those who love exercise and those who wish to rekindle their love for exercise and everyone in-between".

How many sessions per week?

Different factors give this question more than one answer, variables such as time, resources, personal accountability, and motivation are all at play. However, at minimum, we require one time per week, 60-90 sessions.

How long is each session?

Sessions range from 60 min or 90 min.

What types of activities do you do in a session?

Ideally, sessions begin with a friendly greeting and an earnest question like “How are you feeling today?” and “how is your body feeling?” After we've been greeted as well-adjusted, functionally capable, and cognitive human beings, we’d move into the stretching and flexibility portion of the workout that seamlessly blends into the body of the workout. Along the way, we ask for what we need, we ask inquisitive questions, and share descriptions on why and what in the given moment or maybe the past and the future. We might as well share humorous anecdotes and updates on our family and friends and all the while remain intuitive and intentional in your purpose.  We end the session similar to the way we started, by being human and learning movement and learning to be ok with both.

How much does a one-hour session cost?

Standard pricing: $90 for 60 min 1:1 private sessions. $125 for 90 min. $140 Partner Training 60 min $180 partner training.

Virtual training: $80

Non-Standard Pricing: Sliding scale. We understand that to some the cost of training is prohibitive. We mean it though when we tell you, “We meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey”. That sometimes means meeting people where they are financially. We offer sliding scale fees based on need and your resources. Limitations in hours and availability will apply but we'll do what we can to work with you.

Why spend money on yourself?

Because you are worth it… At Unstoppable Strength Training and Pilates is an investment in yourself and doesn’t waste your money on potions, baseless supplements, fad exercise equipment, and celebrity programs.   Every cent you authentically spend yourself and healthy well-being is a 100% return on those same things. 

Schedule sessions and billing. We highly encourage setting recurrent weekly appointments on the same day and time. While flexible and can make adjustments, to maintain open space and an uncrowded environment we also need to space out appointments. 

Billing is monthly or bi-monthly and is based on the committed number of sessions per month. Example: 1x per week at 90.00 per 60 min session = $360 per month. Venmo or checks are preferred. Or PAY HERE.

Do you offer a package deal?

We don’t offer bulk packages. Our fees are competitively priced and practically equal to the industry standards.  In addition, we add a premium value and service to all of your sessions to make the most out of your investment.

Is there a membership fee?

No. There is no membership fee and all guests work 1:1 with their coaches. You won’t see any large group classes or crowded fitness spaces.

Can I work out at FitSpace independently? What are FitSpace hours?

You are free to come early and stay after your session. Locker rooms and showers are free of charge but bring your own towel. There are usually times available to work out at the Fitspace location independently.

Do I need special equipment to meet in my home?

Not necessarily, we look to use what you already have and be as resourceful as possible. The fitness coach will also have portable equipment.
